“Everyone deserves to become their greatest version.

Mental coaching is worth a try to say the least. I’ve noticed that by committing to this process, I also get maximal results.

I’ve been very happy with our coaching process, it’s helped a lot.  I don’t have to figure everything out by myself knowing I have a professional I trust by my side.

I always learn something new, and it’s shown up in my results too. Over the years I’ve gained tools that have helped me move forward. I’ve learnt about being at the top, as well as being patient and finding peace of mind during hard times.

I’ve improved in finding consistency, dealing with disappointing practices and finding ways to raise my level of performance during the most important moments.

I like the fact that we always work on things that bring to the discussion, that feel important or challenging.

I’ve been happy with how Mirjam challenges me and guides me to stay focused on the things that matter and things I want to improve on. One-on-one coaching helps you find the tools that work specifically for you.

For a thinker like me, having these types of discussions is really important. There are so many things you don’t always understand, and when someone helps you with it, hockey and life becomes a lot easier.

Usually the things that are most difficult to bring up, are the most important to deal with.

Over the years the trust between us has deepened, and I don’t have to think twice about what I can say. I can say things I couldn’t talk about anywhere else, and I always feel like Mirjam understands and wants to help.

I encourage young players to be open to growth from the very beginning. It’s not only important to want to be a better player, but also a better person. It’s important to be a part of the team in a way that gives out energy, instead of draining it from other players.

Dealing with mental blocks always leaves you better off.”
